Meet Dr. Kevin Kennedy Jr.
Born and raised in Clarksville, Dr. Kennedy is a third generation local, small business owner in our community.
Born and raised in Clarksville, Dr. Kennedy is a third generation local, small business owner in our community. His grandfather was a local barber in the St. Bethlehem area and his father has been committed to helping people in the legal profession locally for decades. Dr. Kennedy understands the privilege and responsibility of service to this community and is dedicated to providing the Clarksville and surrounding areas with the highest level of pediatric dental care as a commitment to the families here.
Dr. Kennedy attended Austin Peay State University and continued his education in Memphis at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He graduated at the top of his class from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2010. Immediately following, he received two years of specialty training in pediatric dentistry also at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry.
Following residency, Dr. Kennedy became the pediatric dentist on staff at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis where he gained valuable experience caring for children with special health care needs including childhood cancer and other debilitating disease.
Dr. Kennedy has also provided pediatric dental care in the private practice setting since 2012 in the communities of Memphis, Clarksville, and Brentwood, gaining valuable experience and insight into developing the best model to deliver care at Spring Creek Pediatric Dentistry. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is committed to a career of learning to provide the best possible service and care for your child.
Dr. Kennedy has been a leader throughout his life and now serves Clarksville as a young community leader. Along the way, he has learned countless leadership principles from community and education experts and has implemented the very best of these principles in creating the culture at Spring Creek Pediatric Dentistry.
He continues to lead in various ways in the local community by serving through Clarksville Young Professionals, Manna Cafe Ministries, Tennessee Dental Association, and the Eighth District Dental Society.
Beyond Spring Creek Pediatric Dentistry, he is full-time at his most important job as a husband to Adonia and dad to five children. His family lives in the Sango area and are members at Lifepoint Church. His hobbies include adventuring to new restaurants, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and watching documentaries. He’s also fairly obsessed with Hamilton the Musical. He can’t wait to meet you!
