You must post a picture or story on Facebook or Instagram using the #springcreekonice hashtag. Posting stops on January 10 at the conclusion of the Downtown Commons winter ice rink period. Winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries on January 13, 2022 and winner will be notified via the social media platform from which the picture was posted. The winner will receive a $100 gift card to Clarksville’s City Forum. Winner must pick up prize in person at our office by January 31, 2022.
